About the Charm City Ghostbusters

Started in 2015, the Charm City Ghostbusters is a group of cosplayers with a strong affinity for the 1984 paranormal comedy starring Bill Murray, Dan Akyroyd, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, Rick Moranis, and Annie Potts. The group uses the movie to connect with people around the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area through movie screenings, pop culture conventions, community events, private events, and more.

Our members utilize their time, creativity, and talents to create and maintain a wide array of prop replicas, uniforms, and vehicles themed around the Ghostbusters franchise including the aforementioned film as well as its sequels, reboots, comic books, video games, books, pinball machines, slot machines, and any other paranormal adventures along the way.

Q. What resources can you recommend to learn how to build my own Ghostbusters props and uniforms?

A. There are plenty of websites all over the internet with instructions. In our opinion, the best collection of plans, guidance, and community is the website GBFans.com.
